Party Pics, or Procrastinators Not-So-Anonymous

So now that I've gotten back into doing things (memes are great for that), here are the pictures I promised you. We'll start off with our happy Birthday Boy, enjoying his party.

There was lots of cool, yummy food to help us beat the heat. We had soccer cupcakes, watermelon, popsicles, and pudding dirt cups.

Everyone ate and chatted as we relaxed in the shade. There was even a blanket in the grass for stories and a bucket of water for water guns. Don't worry, the two activities were strictly segregated.

Joseph got a lot of presents, a most them clothes or cars. Both get used just about every day, now. He loved opening each of the gifts all by himself, eventually progressing to pulling each item out and flinging it over his shoulder for me to catch.

We had a really good time and hope that those of you who could join us did, too. We don't know what we would do without so many family and friends nearby. I just wish that we could have everyone, but travel gets hard when you're talking about multi-thousand mile trips. We love you and miss you and hope to see you soon.

What a fun party! That's a happy two year old!

btw... I see some chairs that once adorned my living room. I find that funny, I don't know why. ;)

Happy Birthday! Joseph's face just says it all. It looks like you guys had quite a good time. Is that at your apartment complex? I can't tell.
